By making an enquiry, you acknowledge the following terms:

All fees are payable in advance via bank transfer or cheque
Turnaround rates vary according to the complexity of the instruction and current workload, normally within 14-21 days
If you require a faster turnaround, higher rates will apply.

Free telephone consultation up to 15 minutes
If additional documents are required for analysis after a quote has already been provided, this will necessitate a revised quote.
When attaching documents to an email, please clearly denote the questioned signatures/handwriting, and known signatures/handwriting
If you wish to cancel an instruction within 48 hours of payment being processed, a full refund may be issued.
- After this time, refunds — either partial, or full — cannot be guaranteed, and will be issued solely at the discretion of Handwriting Consultants, accounting for work already undertaken.
